  • Develop and execute a content and communications strategy that informs, engages and inspires Gartner associates
  • Help associates understand Gartner's mission, business strategy and culture
  • Strengthen associates' connection to Gartner's purpose, client impact and long-term success
  • Lead a comprehensive enterprise editorial and content strategy advancing business priorities, culture and associate experience
  • Own the editorial vision for Gartner's corporate intranet and enterprise communications ecosystem
  • Translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging and actionable communications
  • Lead development of written, visual and video content
  • Build relationships with communications leaders and stakeholders across the business
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of content and communications professionals
  • Foster creativity, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Track KPIs measuring content effectiveness, audience engagement and communication impact
  • Provide regular reporting to communications leadership and stakeholders
  • Report to the Managing Vice President, Corporate Communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, editorial strategy or related fields
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise communications strategies within large, complex organizations
  • Experience leading integrated communications programs involving multiple stakeholders and audiences
  • Experience managing content, editorial planning and communications channels in a global, matrixed environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and content development skills
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • Ability to translate business priorities into engaging communications
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and advise stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or PR
