About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interpret client needs and identify the most relevant Gartner Analyst to fulfill requests
- Provide research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses
- Partner with internal stakeholders on client needs
- Read industry research and develop understanding of complex topics
- Provide executive-level customer service
- Build strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community
- Act as a connector between internal and external clients and the Gartner Analyst community
- Problem-solve clients’ pressing technology and business-related questions and problems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong business acumen
- Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience
- Technologically savvy; able to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Works well in a team environment
