About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Onboard clients and prove the concept of Gartner services
  • Stimulate client engagement with products used by large client teams
  • Partner with clients from senior C-levels to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients
  • Manage accounts or connect clients with Gartner's expert community
  • Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to deliver best-in-class service
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results
  • Share best practices and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Use insights and metrics to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be fluent in English and Dutch or German
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
