About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–30 executive member relationships across leading life sciences organizations
  • Advise clients on supply chain strategy, operating model design, resilience, planning, manufacturing, distribution, quality, and digital transformation
  • Serve as an extension of clients' leadership teams by providing objective guidance and actionable recommendations
  • Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and peer networking opportunities
  • Connect members with Gartner research, analysts, best practices, and peer insights
  • Develop customized engagement and value plans focused on measurable business outcomes
  • Support onboarding, engagement, delivery, value realization, and renewal throughout the member lifecycle
  • Partner with Gartner sales and leadership teams to drive client retention, growth, and member success
  • Help clients achieve progress against key business objectives through advisory support and thought leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 20+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within life sciences organizations and/or life sciences consulting environments
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality, regulatory considerations, and supply chain transformation
  • Experience advising and influencing senior executives, including VP, SVP, EVP, and C-suite leaders
  • Strong understanding of how supply chain strategy supports broader business growth, innovation, resilience, and operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Ability to assess complex challenges and provide practical, outcome-driven guidance
  • Strong listening and client-adaptation skills
  • Highly collaborative and self-directed
  • Comfortable managing multiple executive relationships simultaneously
  • Passion for helping life sciences leaders solve complex challenges and achieve meaningful business results
