About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, design, and guide teams building modern frontend solutions for millions of end users
Work with open-source technologies and applications
Continuously problem-solve to create secure and simple solutions
Create robust frontend architecture for massive scalability and high performance
Define the technology roadmap for Client Experience applications for the next several years
Partner with Product Development, SRE, and DevOps engineers in an Agile/SCRUM environment
Focus on software quality and follow good software engineering practices
Conduct R&D into new areas and modernization opportunities
Develop rapid solutions usable by other teams as modules/frameworks
Work in high-performance web development environments using cutting-edge web technologies
Work in a multi-cloud environment and use containerized application pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience developing customer-facing products or web applications
10+ years of experience in software development/architecture
Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills
High ownership and accountability
Expertise in designing architecture and implementing architectural patterns
Expertise in frontend applications with frameworks such as React and NextJs
Experience with Docker and container orchestration, including Kubernetes/Service Mesh
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including core concepts and deployment strategies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field with experience in software development
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills with technical and business audiences
Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Willingness and aptitude to embrace new technologies and master concepts rapidly
Intellectual curiosity and passion for technology
Experience delivering project work on time within budget and with high quality
Good-to-have: dedicated architect experience
Good-to-have: experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
Good-to-have: experience optimizing web page performance
Good-to-have: understanding and experience with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude Code
Good-to-have: knowledge of mobile app frameworks
