About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and grow Gartner products and services for General Counsels, Chief Audit Executives, and their teams
  • Stay connected with clients and synthesize market signals to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and roadmaps
  • Conceptualize, pilot, and iterate offerings that deliver measurable client value and product-market fit
  • Build business cases and internal alignment for scaled product efforts
  • Create, launch, program-manage, and assess new products and sources of value
  • Analyze product performance, client value, and retention drivers; identify opportunities and take action with stakeholders
  • Drive go-to-market efforts from adoption through retention
  • Partner with sales, service, and go-to-market teams to increase client engagement and scale impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and drive adoption and growth
  • Leverage Gartner’s AI-driven tools to calibrate client-facing value delivery
  • Deliver regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders and product leadership
  • Collaborate with other Business and IT CxO-focused product teams and overall Global Product Management teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • 5–7 years of progressive business experience
  • 3–5 years of product strategy/product management experience
  • Preferably experience in B2B organizations
  • Experience in Legal, Audit or Risk research, technology or professional services firms is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client insights into products and measurable outcomes
  • Track record of delivering products and programs that solve customer needs and drive business outcomes
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics
  • Ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable strategies and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Executive presence with senior audiences
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
  • Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work with engineering, customer experience, and customer research teams
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to balance tradeoffs and execute decisively
  • Ability to work in a feedback-oriented culture and stretch outside the comfort zone
