About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary subject matter expert in variable compensation, commission, and quota plans and resources
- Resolve escalated compensation inquiries, disputes, and complex issues from senior and executive sales leaders and NCVI partners
- Collaborate with financial, sales, HR, legal, and operational departments to gather information and documentation
- Research and analyze ACT submissions concerning performance, quota, earnings, and related issues for leadership review
- Mentor Variable Compensation Support Specialists and guide investigations into data and processes
- Identify root causes for anomalies and propose innovative solutions
- Develop and update knowledge-base articles
- Streamline workflows and improve customer experience through process improvement and innovation
- Monitor support metrics and SLAs and help specialists meet or exceed standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year in Customer Support or Analyst, or 2 years in a relevant role
- Completion of requirements T2 badging
- Exceptional time management and professional communication skills
- Strong understanding of variable compensation plan rules, commission, terms and conditions, quota, and related resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis, manipulation, and visualization
- Ability to collaborate effectively with high-level teams globally across various business units
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Complex problem-solving and ambiguity management
- Detail-oriented with commitment to meeting deadlines and process improvement
