About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business
  • Support managers with people-related queries and HR processes
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct, and wellbeing cases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed CIPD Level 3 or equivalent practical HR experience
  • Experience working as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, People Administrator, or Junior HR Advisor
  • Passion for HR, particularly employee relations and advisory work
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident and professional communication with managers and employees at all levels
  • Personable, approachable, and customer-focused style
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Problem-solving ability and practical approach
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership of professional growth
  • Desire to build a long-term career within HR
  • Ability to complete a CIPD Level 5 qualification
