About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients across Ireland during infrastructure investment and growth
- Recruit for white-collar professional services roles including project managers, project engineers, design engineers, engineering managers, commercial professionals, programme and project controls specialists, rail communications professionals, and signalling and systems experts
- Recruit across contract and permanent opportunities
- Develop a specialist market area and build an individual recruitment desk
- Identify and win new clients
- Develop long-term customer relationships
- Build talent pipelines
- Manage recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
- Grow contractor networks
- Become a recognised expert within the market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Experience with business development and winning new clients
- Commercially minded and target driven
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Motivation to become a genuine sector specialist
- Motivation for career progression and earning potential
- Previous rail recruitment experience advantageous but not essential
- Recruitment fundamentals, curiosity and desire to build a successful desk
