About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather needs from clients and consulting teams and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations across marketing platforms, CRM systems, digital channels, and analytics environments.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, modeling, and validation for analyses, metrics, and dashboards.
- Support the definition of data models, KPIs, and business rules for different projects.
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and availability; investigate failures and implement improvements.
- Create technical and functional documentation, recording data sources, transformations, rules, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, engineering, and business professionals throughout projects.
- Support estimation, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of delivered solutions.
- Share best practices and contribute to reusable components, standards, and processes across projects.
- Participate daily in meetings, alignment sessions, and presentations in Spanish with clients and teams from Spanish-speaking countries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to connect data, business needs, and technology solutions.
- Knowledge of or practical experience with artificial intelligence tools and solutions applied to data and analytics, including task automation, information analysis, and decision-making support.
- Experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with visualization tools, cloud environments, and version control.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Advanced or fluent Spanish, with confidence in day-to-day spoken and written communication.
- Organization, autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility to work across different projects and contexts.
- Experience with dbt, Python, APIs, Git, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, digital analytics, or customer journey data.
- Experience with data governance, privacy, and quality.
- Previous experience in consulting or in multicultural teams and projects.
