About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize and improve conversion at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Support the development and execution of CRM journeys and campaigns, ensuring the proper implementation of defined strategies.
- Conduct tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize campaigns.
- Measure and analyze CRM campaign results, generating insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including data, martech, and UX, to ensure the integration and effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Identify new growth and optimization opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to the assigned team, ensuring the efficient execution of CRM operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of hands-on CRM experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Proven experience in projects focused on customer lifecycle optimization.
- Strong knowledge of CRM operations.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data to generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Certifications in CRM or digital marketing tools are a plus.
- Experience in agency or consulting environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Insider platform is a plus.
