About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology transformation and business change projects aligned to Salesforce and Ironclad workstreams
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependency schedules
  • Apply waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Establish and maintain project governance, delivery standards, controls, and reporting
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, milestones, and benefits
  • Own and maintain RAIDD logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
  • Facilitate Steering Committee and governance meetings
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and benefits tracking
  • Lead relationships with third-party suppliers and delivery partners
  • Coordinate cross-functional business, technology, operational, and vendor stakeholders
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Ensure business readiness activities, including change management, communications, training, operational readiness, and implementation planning
  • Support transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, governance frameworks, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Salesforce knowledge and understanding of core value chain processes
  • Ironclad experience would be beneficial
  • Proven track record of managing projects through to completion to plan
  • Experience working with ambiguity and change
