About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business and technology teams to identify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities
Develop business cases, proof of concepts and implementation plans
Lead adoption of approved AI tools, reusable assets and best practices across the organisation
Serve as a point of contact for AI use cases, tool onboarding and MCP requests
Coordinate AI governance, risk assessment and approval processes
Drive compliance with AI policies, privacy requirements and responsible AI principles
Ensure AI initiatives align with security, risk and compliance frameworks
Maintain governance documentation, reporting and registers
Coordinate and deliver AI training, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
Create guides, FAQs, prompt libraries and playbooks
Build AI confidence and literacy across technical and non-technical teams
Work across global teams in Sydney, London and Vietnam
Influence strategic direction and turn innovative AI ideas into practical outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Kiro or similar enterprise AI platforms
Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, communications and adoption programs for diverse audiences
Experience working within governance, risk or regulated environments
Ability to measure adoption outcomes
Ability to lead AI governance processes
Ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple business functions
Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
Ability to uncover business challenges, shape high-impact AI opportunities and deliver meaningful adoption outcomes
