About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers and respond to customer queries
- Address customer complaints in a service-oriented manner
- Merchandise store shelves in keeping with company standards
- Ensure inventory in the back-store is appropriately and safely packed and stored
- Provide feedback to management regarding the movement of inventory
- Assist with the stock taking process
- Support the team in achieving the company’s goals
- Generate additional sales
- Ensure goods received from the Drugstore Warehouse and local suppliers are offloaded, packed, and stored appropriately
- Ensure store shelves are merchandised and stocked according to established standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five (5) CXC passes at General Level, including English Language
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform repetitive physical tasks and exercise safe lifting techniques
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing
- Must be in excellent physical condition; stamina and strength required
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
