About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team
  • Partner with organisational unit heads to align people priorities with business goals
  • Provide direct HR business partnership to assigned organisational units on strategic and day-to-day people matters
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based people plans supporting business growth, innovation and transformation
  • Advise and constructively challenge leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, organisational culture and people risks
  • Lead organisational design and change programmes, including structures, role design, selection, consultation and implementation
  • Coach leaders through growth and transformation, supporting communication, employee engagement and retention of critical skills
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical technical and leadership roles
  • Strengthen management capability through coaching and practical support
  • Use people analytics, labour-market insights and employee feedback to identify priorities, anticipate risks and assess initiative impact
  • Forecast workforce needs and people costs with business leaders and Finance
  • Set HRBP team priorities, responsibilities and expectations
  • Establish shared standards, approaches and tools for consistent business partnering
  • Design and improve people processes within the team’s remit
  • Coordinate company-wide HR initiatives with other HR functions
  • Support HRBPs with complex employee matters and act as an escalation point

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in a senior HRBP role, supporting executive or senior leaders in a similar-sized fast-paced technology organisation
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong expertise in organisational design and change, strategic workforce planning, talent management and leadership development
  • Practical experience applying AI and automation to improve HR processes, alongside an understanding of their use and impact across the business
  • Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple European and Central Asian countries
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a similar field is nice to have
  • SHRM-SCP, Chartered CIPD, or equivalent is nice to have
