About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
- Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
- Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University
- Teach the Faith-Inspired Leadership in Property Management course for Grand Canyon University’s online campus
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred: PhD/DBA Management or Doctorate in a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years corporate or residential property management experience
- Preferred: certifications such as Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), CPM-IREM, or comparable professional, property management industry as relevant qualifications
- Minimum: Masters in business administration (MBA) with a minimum of 3 years commercial or residential property management experience
- Support the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University
- Attach unofficial transcripts for any applicable conferred graduate degrees
- Attach any applicable licenses/certifications
