About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the student admission process
  • Help nursing students succeed from initial information request through their first day of class
  • Manage phone calls, emails, meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
  • Provide counseling to prospective students in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Champion the University mission
  • Promote student success and institutional enrollment growth
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with the team
  • Develop and nurture partner relationships
  • Apply training and coaching to improve effectiveness for students, the university partnership, and the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; applicants without a degree may ask about the degree requirement and employee education benefits
  • Demonstrated success in customer service, consultative sales, or account management
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities
  • Clear communication skills in person, in writing, and on the phone
  • Ability to communicate with team, leadership, and partner university
  • Self-motivated to learn and implement feedback
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate empathy
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Relevant, industry-related professional experience preferred as a bonus
  • Experience working with CRM tools preferred as a bonus
