About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support assigned Account Executives throughout the full sales lifecycle, including pre- and post-sales activities
  • Develop and manage quote configurations for accurate integration into Salesforce
  • Assist with RFQ/RFP documentation, deal reviews, sales order completion, and deal registration
  • Communicate with partners, vendors, and suppliers to confirm pricing, discounts, and product availability
  • Conduct pricing comparisons using historical data to support strategic quoting decisions
  • Engage engineers and solution architects in BOM development and opportunity scoping
  • Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams to provide tracking information
  • Process and track return material authorizations (RMAs)
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, aging reports, commission reports, and other documentation
  • Maintain internal and customer-facing records, including updating GDTiQ and tracking spreadsheets
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, partners, and vendors while ensuring compliance with internal processes

Requirements
