About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to service calls within a hospital or healthcare system in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and repair biomedical equipment
  • Perform planned maintenance and safety/environmental inspections
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Document all work performed
  • Maintain customer relationships and frequent communication for resolution and follow-up
  • Maintain tools and test equipment calibration
  • Identify and immediately report customer quality or compliance concerns to the Quality Organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree, bachelor's degree, military education, or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
  • 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
  • Experience with electronic digital circuitry and electronic and electro-mechanical devices
  • Experience interpreting schematic diagrams
  • Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends
  • Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
