About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge for a specific Patient Care Solutions modality
  • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians optimize GE Healthcare equipment performance
  • Provide pre-sale clinical product evaluations and educational sessions to prospective customers
  • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel in partnership with customers
  • Coordinate customer training with sales, project management, and service organization teams according to sales order agreements
  • Deliver on-site or remote clinical education to support revenue realization
  • Complete required documentation before and after training accurately and promptly
  • Provide post-installation training and ongoing support to existing customers
  • Communicate product and customer concerns or improvement opportunities to management, sales, marketing, customer loyalty, and technical support teams
  • Manage travel and expense budget, optimize travel strategies, submit expense reports, and maintain compliant records
  • Build customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service focused on user experience and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license
  • 3–5 years of ICU experience
  • Ability/willingness to travel extensively 100+% (4–5 days per week, including some weekends) within the US and Canada
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools
  • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions
  • Willingness to undergo background investigation, including employment, criminal history, and educational verification
  • Willingness to take a drug test
  • Ability to register with vendor credentialing services and meet customer hospital site-access requirements
  • Proof of required immunizations, including MMR and hepatitis, and compliance with applicable drug testing/screening
  • Ability to meet customer site-access requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination
  • Willingness to work from an office or home/remote office
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available
