About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn specialized industry-specific software and apply this knowledge to support MIM customers
- Provide customer service and product training to hospitals, clinicians, and clinical staff
- Facilitate training sessions for team members and cross-functional teams
- Use remote technologies to diagnose and resolve customer concerns and guide customers in optimal software utilization
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support journey
- Collaborate with team members and departments to find solutions outside the role’s area of expertise
- Share product insights with MIM’s product, quality, and management teams to improve software and customer experience
- Contribute to departmental operational improvement initiatives
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, software issues, and configuration requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in radiation therapy, dosimetry, or support capacity for radiation oncology preferred
- 3+ years of clinical or medical experience
- BS RT (T) or CMD Certification preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs with an empathetic mindset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
