About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and execute clinical education training and demonstration strategies for General Imaging Ultrasound
  • Facilitate evidence-based practice and support customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post-implementation
  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during pre-sales by demonstrating Ultrasound products, uses, capabilities, and benefits
  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based customer system training
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes
  • Serve as a General Imaging Ultrasound subject matter expert and clinical liaison to sales
  • Strengthen clinical capabilities, customer relationships, and business opportunities
  • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate market intelligence to the business
  • Advance new product features and clinical techniques and support product assimilation
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences through product demonstrations and customer training
  • Identify customer satisfaction issues and assist with escalations, problem determination, and specialty training requests
  • Develop customer relationships and optimize protocols and clinical education initiatives
  • Maintain pre- and post-training documentation
  • Follow Quality Management System and EHS processes and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience
  • ARDMS certification in Abdomen
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), OB/GYN, Adult Cardiac, or MSK certification preferred
  • Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT
  • Willingness to travel extensively 75+% (4–5 days per week, including overnights and some weekends) within the US via car, air travel, train, and other transportation
  • Must live within the territory: Wisconsin, UP Michigan, Iowa, and the West Central Region
  • Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare GI systems preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully complete a drug screen, as applicable
