About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customer accounts remotely and on-site
  • Collaborate to build and nurture customer relationships and foster a cohesive customer experience
  • Identify and solve customer problems proactively
  • Understand departmental processes, MIM product installation and usage, and customer roles within departments
  • Develop clinical and anatomical knowledge and MIM product expertise in Radiation Oncology
  • Engage customer stakeholders to drive effective utilization of MIM Software products
  • Compel customers to implement new processes and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Communicate customer needs across the organization and ensure timely follow-up
  • Capture customer feedback and interactions in the CRM
  • Report on software upgrades, training, proactive customer interventions, and service contract renewals
  • Provide software training, basic technical support, and new feature presentations by phone, online, and in person
  • Collect and perform renewals of customer service and maintenance contracts
  • Attend meetings outside normal working hours when required to collaborate with global offices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of customer success management or similar experience, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Highly competent in a multitude of IT capabilities to support business needs including CRM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proven ability to navigate hospital institutions
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 30%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • GE HealthCare will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
  • Some customer vaccination mandates may apply
