Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to General Managers and senior leadership for Service Parts & Lifecycle Solutions
  • Translate business strategies into financial plans supporting growth, margin expansion, and cash flow improvement
  • Provide recommendations on strategic investments, pricing, inventory strategies, and portfolio optimization
  • Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, long-term strategy, and monthly business reviews
  • Drive forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting across revenue, margin, inventory, and operating expenses
  • Deliver insights and recommendations on business risks and opportunities
  • Own financial performance for service parts, repair operations, asset recovery, and lifecycle solutions
  • Improve repair productivity, harvest economics, inventory turns, fulfillment performance, and profitability
  • Partner with operations, sourcing, logistics, and commercial teams to optimize financial performance
  • Support pricing strategy development and deployment
  • Analyze pricing performance, discount trends, renewal opportunities, and market dynamics
  • Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities
  • Lead inventory and working capital initiatives
  • Reduce excess and obsolete inventory and improve free cash flow
  • Establish performance metrics and governance mechanisms
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, policy compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
  • Champion simplification, automation, AI-enabled analytics, and digital finance capabilities
  • Improve reporting infrastructure, forecasting processes, and decision-support tools
  • Drive adoption of modern financial dashboards and data-driven operating mechanisms
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global finance organization
  • Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Master's degree (MBA) or CPA preferred
  • 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles
  • At least 5 years in a leadership position within a complex, global organization
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management
  • Strong understanding of service parts operations, supply chain finance, and inventory management principles
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and translate financial data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a significant plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
