About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all aspects of Electric Avenue manufacturing site operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Innovation
  • Develop and execute the site's strategic vision, operating plans, and business objectives
  • Drive Heartbeat transformation, operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build a high-performing, inclusive organization through talent development, engagement, and succession planning
  • Achieve capacity, product quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets while meeting regulatory requirements
  • Champion quality, compliance, production controls, and corrective action processes
  • Ensure technical, functional, and manufacturing process capabilities support product quality and compliance
  • Partner with manufacturing operations and global functional teams to align site priorities with enterprise objectives
  • Establish governance, operating mechanisms, and performance management systems
  • Serve as primary operations owner for the product portfolio and represent the site internally and externally
  • Own the site operating plan, financial performance, productivity agenda, and capital investment strategy
  • Establish environmental, health, safety, and security excellence
  • Ensure business continuity, crisis management, supply continuity, and operational risk mitigation
  • Represent the site with customers, regulatory bodies, government, community stakeholders, and enterprise leaders
  • Shape long-term manufacturing and technology strategy, including footprint, automation, capability, and capital decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial environments
  • Proven experience leading complex manufacturing organizations and delivering significant operational performance improvements
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives
  • Proven financial and business acumen, including ownership of operating plans, productivity initiatives, and capital investment decisions
  • Experience operating within a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
