About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet daily service repair needs for customers' equipment
  • Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of sold or existing products at customer sites
  • Conduct preventive and remedial maintenance
  • Troubleshoot complex electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT system-level problems
  • Interface daily with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers regarding equipment status issues
  • Assist with account sales visits and identify sales opportunities
  • Help train others where necessary
  • Support business growth in the assigned area
  • Control Warranty, Installation, and Planned Maintenance contract costs
  • Complete administration tasks, Field Modifications, and Planned Maintenance inspection documentation
  • Lead complex and multifunctional room installations
  • Share best practices and maintain quality systems according to GE Service Quality Policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-5 years field service experience in healthcare industry or equivalent
  • Experience handling technical queries for radiology/imaging equipment such as MRI, CT Scan, Angiography, Molecular Imaging (PETCT, SPECT), Radiopharmacy, or other X-ray types
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over customer issues and responsibilities
  • Willingness to learn new techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  • Willing to be located across Indonesia
  • Willing to be based in Bandung on a permanent basis
  • Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia
