About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on diagnostic imaging systems
  • Maintain diagnostic imaging systems in Czech Republic, focusing on X-ray, CT, and Angio systems
  • Troubleshoot complex, multi-symptom system-level issues
  • Interface daily with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status
  • Assist the sales team during customer visits and provide technical insights
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth in the Czechia region
  • Complete administrative tasks and documentation for FMIs and PMS inspections
  • Support complex installations in multifunctional rooms
  • Share best practices and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and GE Service Quality standards
  • Ensure service quality across the Czech team and identify colleagues’ training needs
  • Travel to customer sites across Czech Republic

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma in Electronics, Electromechanics, Biomedical Engineering Technology or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, and radio engineering
  • Strong technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Fluent in Czech and proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Czech Republic
  • Understanding of nuclear physics and X-ray preferred
  • Must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations
