About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet the daily service repair needs of customers’ equipment and drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence
  • Perform service and maintenance activities at customer sites/property
  • Contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products
  • Perform preventive and remedial maintenance services
  • Manage maintenance facilities and field service engineering
  • Maintain modality-specific models in the assigned area
  • Perform total system-level electronic, mechanical, electrical and IT troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems
  • Interface daily with doctors, radiographers and biomedical engineers regarding equipment status issues
  • Assist in account sales visits and train others where necessary
  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the account team
  • Assist in the growth and direction of business in the assigned area
  • Control Warranty, Installation and PMS contract costs
  • Complete administration tasks, FMI documentation and PMS inspection documentation on time
  • Lead installations in complex and multi-functional rooms
  • Share best practices and maintain effective quality systems according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-5 years field service experience in healthcare industry or equivalent
  • Expertise on CT or Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine) and/or other Diagnostic Imaging modalities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over customer issues and other responsibilities
  • Strong potential and willingness to learn new techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills; able to deal tactfully and effectively with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A good team player and can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  • Willing to be located across Indonesia (entire Kalimantan) on a permanent basis
