About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and drive launch plans for each product launch, including internal readiness, training, milestone tracking, PRD support, and NCA support
  • Coordinate external launch delivery, including campaigns, press activities, and webinars, with the Director and regional marketing
  • Track launch milestones and flag risks to the Director before they affect go-to-market timelines
  • Own the portfolio marketing kit, including battlecards, presentations, clinical and value messaging, objection handling, and demonstration tools
  • Keep sales-facing content current, accurate, and aligned with the Director's positioning
  • Run product-level competitive tracking and win/loss analysis
  • Feed competitive findings into portfolio strategy and flag shifts requiring commercial-team response
  • Develop and maintain product sheets, case studies, reference stories, and return-on-investment tools
  • Ensure content reflects current clinical and health-economic evidence approved by Clinical/Medical Affairs
  • Build master assets for regional localization and enable in-country execution
  • Support regional teams with opportunity/bowler-level visibility and coordination without directly owning customer relationships
  • Maintain the asset library and manage content approvals with Marketing Communications according to regulatory, legal, and brand requirements
  • Track launch and campaign KPIs and coordinate events and key-opinion-leader logistics
  • Consolidate customer, competitive, and regional feedback into prioritized input for roadmap discussions with R&D and Product Management
  • Support the Product Marketing Director in cross-functional coordination with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access on launch deliverables and dependencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in medical devices or another regulated B2B environment
  • Experience building sales enablement content and supporting product launches end-to-end
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and Sales/Commercial teams
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English fluency is required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
  • Vaccination mandates may apply for certain GE HealthCare customers
