About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive the sales strategy for the Anesthesia & Respiratory Care (ARC) product line for the St. Louis territory
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders in Anesthesia, Operating Room, and ICU settings
  • Identify qualified leads, grow market share, increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition
  • Deliver quarterly and annual orders and revenue sales targets
  • Maximize profit margins on equipment and service contract sales
  • Leverage ARC portfolio product knowledge to drive regional funnel growth
  • Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base
  • Develop sales proposals aligned with customers’ annual budget processes
  • Collaborate with the account community team on co-developed negotiation strategies
  • Use Salesforce.com to track customer and account activity, improve visibility, drive market share, and prioritize the sales funnel
  • Travel within the St. Louis territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree & 3 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 6 years of experience; OR Bachelor's Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers
  • Must live in the territory (St. Louis)
  • Willingness to travel within the territory
  • Operating Room experience working with anesthesiologists (desired)
  • ICU experience (desired)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas, now or in the future
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
  • Some customer vaccination mandates may apply to certain employees
