About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell GE HealthCare Cardiovascular Ultrasound products and/or services to healthcare partners
  • Partner with large, complex, strategic, or tactically important existing accounts
  • Generate proposals and prepare sales quotations and presentations
  • Plan customer meetings and demonstrate CVUS equipment capabilities
  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships
  • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate market intelligence, field concerns, issues, and requirements to the business
  • Lead market analysis and develop/execute strategies and action plans to drive CVUS sales
  • Prospect for new customers and business while growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
  • Work closely with the Ultrasound team and broader Account Community
  • Travel within the South Florida territory and spend most working time at customer sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree & 3 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 5 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree & graduation from GE HealthCare CLP
  • Must live in the South Florida territory and be willing to travel within the territory
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information verbally and in writing to decision makers
  • 75% travel, with an expectation of being at customer sites a majority of the time
  • Cardiovascular Ultrasound clinical application and/or product knowledge/experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
  • Capital equipment sales experience
  • Healthcare sales experience
  • 3+ years as a sales representative in the Cardiology field, calling into both non-invasive and interventional labs
  • Pre-existing relationships in the Echo Lab, Cardiac OR/Hybrid OR, and Cath Lab
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas for this opening
