About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive Flyrcado market share growth
  • Partner with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac centers, mobile imaging providers, DOD, and VA facilities to offer Flyrcado
  • Identify business and functional relationships within imaging and cardiology referral sources
  • Model competitive threats and leverage influence networks and affiliations to support Flyrcado adoption
  • Conduct regular analyses of local customers, payers, competition, and key stakeholders
  • Achieve or exceed Flyrcado sales forecasts and shared volume targets
  • Achieve the quarterly and yearly operating plan for the territory, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Position Flyrcado through clinical expertise, marketing assets, and education programs
  • Advise imaging centers and cardiologists on implementing Flyrcado in their facilities
  • Build relationships with top referring cardiologists to increase awareness and utilization
  • Prioritize projects and high-impact opportunities using performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with market access teams on payor contract implementation and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists on product delivery and education
  • Conduct pre-call planning, in-call questioning, virtual selling, cold calling, and live customer meetings
  • Provide pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract management while ensuring pricing compliance
  • Forecast territory orders and sales and submit weekly progress reports
  • Represent GE Healthcare at healthcare conferences and seminars
  • Mentor non-senior team members and support special projects
  • Drive total business to GE Healthcare where appropriate
  • Promote a compliant and ethical culture
  • Complete additional projects and initiatives as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or certification through the NMTCB or AART
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare facility
  • Experience with contracting and calling on physicians and office staff
  • Proven history of sales success
  • Experience developing, organizing, and implementing territory plans
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience penetrating new accounts, markets, and competition
  • Proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations
  • Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry acumen
  • Willingness to reside in the territory
  • Willingness to execute at least 30% overnight travel based on business needs and some weekends
  • Strong analytical, oral, presentation, and written skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
  • Ability to work independently and with a team while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Ability to mentor non-senior CPAMs and manage special projects
  • Analytical ability to use internal reporting to manage account plans and identify patterns and opportunities for growth
  • Ability to apply traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with employees and external contacts, including MDs and office staff
  • Ability to achieve objectives while complying with regulatory guidelines
  • Must live in Texas
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must complete a drug screen, as applicable
