About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop global services operating plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions

  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership
  • Support strategic initiatives and business cases through financial modeling, profitability analysis, and ROI assessments
  • Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies
  • Partner with operational teams to translate operational metrics into financial implications
  • Provide financial guidance
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as a financial subject matter expert
  • Digitalize key financial reports in PowerBI and apply AI features to analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a global services environment
  • Proven ability to build complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data, identify key drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial planning software such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Anaplan is required
  • Experience developing dashboards in PowerBI and applying AI features to analytics
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global matrix organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
