About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a high-value portfolio of unscheduled, delayed, or at-risk orders and strategic initiatives across key USCAN accounts
- Analyze customer, backlog, pipeline, financial, and operational data to prioritize intervention and establish recovery and growth plans
- Create and execute project-level revenue recovery strategies to move viable orders into implementation and accelerate revenue recognition
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives and senior clinical, financial, operational, facilities, and technology leaders
- Lead executive-level discovery and governance discussions concerning enterprise priorities, capital plans, decision processes, funding constraints, risks, and success measures
- Translate customer priorities and constraints into executable project roadmaps with dates, dependencies, owners, and required decisions
- Serve as the senior escalation point for customer-side issues threatening project readiness, installation timing, or revenue recognition
- Lead and influence cross-functional GE HealthCare teams across Sales, Service, Finance, Commercial Operations, Project Management, supply chain, and segment leadership
- Drive resolution of internal execution dependencies including project readiness, equipment availability, installation capacity, service coordination, and revenue recognition requirements
- Establish project-level revenue plans with owners, milestones, risk indicators, and recovery actions
- Lead weekly and monthly revenue operating rhythms; challenge forecast assumptions, quantify upside and downside, and escalate gaps
- Coach account and execution teams on revenue rigor, customer commitment management, issue resolution, and project-level forecasting
- Identify and resolve funding gaps, site readiness uncertainty, resource shortages, customer misalignment, and deprioritization
- Develop practical solutions including budgetary guidance, ROM support, contractor or planner connections, and phasing or alternative deployment strategies
- Partner with Installation Project Managers and operating teams to meet readiness criteria, begin execution on schedule, and achieve planned revenue recognition dates
- Maintain project-level revenue forecasts and lead recurring revenue reviews with senior stakeholders
- Act as a capacity multiplier by resolving upstream barriers so delivery teams can complete installations and revenue milestones on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, revenue execution, capital equipment delivery, healthcare technology, complex project/program leadership, or strategic account execution
- Demonstrated success engaging C-suite and senior customer leaders to secure decisions, resources, and commitments
- Proven record of leading cross-functional matrix teams, recovering revenue at risk, improving forecast accuracy, and delivering measurable revenue results without direct authority
- Significant experience with large capital programs, healthcare delivery environments, strategic accounts, and multi-year customer initiatives strongly preferred
- Ability to travel as required, up to 30%
- Executive presence, strategic communication, and credibility with C-suite and senior clinical leaders
- Enterprise account strategy, executive stakeholder mapping, governance, and relationship development
- Strong revenue, financial, and operational acumen, including revenue recognition, backlog management, forecasting, project readiness, installation milestones, and risk management
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and mobilize senior matrix stakeholders
- Advanced problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive escalation management
- Portfolio prioritization, data-driven decision-making, operating rigor, and disciplined follow-through
- Working knowledge of healthcare economics, integrated delivery networks, capital equipment deployment, and enterprise technology solutions
- Leadership capability to coach teams, shape culture, and represent GE HealthCare as a trusted strategic partner
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
