Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within programs
Ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and at the desired quality
Define execution standards and processes for project managers within the program or department
Work with computer and data science professionals and cross-functional teams
Influence strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and policy formulation
Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Make decisions and handle complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering tasks
Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying strategic partnerships, new technologies, and process enhancements
Collaborate with business, functional partners, and technology leadership to define functionality and specify requirements
Coach and mentor others

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's or PhD in Computer Science or STEM majors with at least 4 years experience developing complex high technology products, or Bachelor's in Computer Science or STEM with 8 years of experience
Experience working with AI products
Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
Experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/machine learning models at scale
Experience translating business problems into ROI-driven AI solutions, including end-to-end ownership from problem framing and model development to operationalization, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production
Experience with GE Healthcare product development process or equivalent healthcare medical device quality system
Experience in medical imaging AI development is highly desired
Experience in medical device development is considered a strong asset
Background in robotics or automation technologies is advantageous
Background in automated vehicle or robotic guidance is highly desired
Demonstrated skill in data management methods
Demonstrated presentation and influencing skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available
