Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management
  • For USA roles: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Will not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
