About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the single point of contact to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in a designated geographic region or coverage area
Maintain knowledge of assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, and associated configuration installations
Represent the most direct access to appropriate internal functions to support customers
Hire and develop talent
Manage staffing and performance development
Execute policy and strategy using technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and experience
Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety or interdependent production cycles
Serve as a resource for less-experienced colleagues
Lead small, low-risk projects
Explain information and develop team consensus
Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
Willingness to meet customer vaccination mandates where applicable
