About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Healthcare Financial Services product roadmap
  • Work with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand business problems and document business requirements
  • Work with various teams to solution and deliver completed functionality
  • Lead and deliver features and significant products with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate financial business acumen and serve as an internal product expert
  • Gather, refine, and validate Voice of Customer requirements and product feedback
  • Collaborate with UX on design decisions and conduct customer and stakeholder interviews
  • Own the Product Backlog, Product Roadmap, and Releases
  • Order and prioritize the backlog so that 1–2 sprints/iterations are always ready
  • Align prioritization with customer needs, leadership, product strategy, and business strategy
  • Engage with development teams through facilitation, clarification, story acceptance, refinement, testing, validation, and design decisions
  • Translate ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units
  • Collaborate with leadership, business users, stakeholders, architects, developers, product support, and internal teams
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • Strong relevant experience in product management, ideally within finance area with solid technical background, communication skills, good organization, presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in leading and delivering solutions built in Azure/AWS Cloud platforms
  • Experience with web technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, GitHub, and SQL Server
  • Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with Finance life cycle (leases / loans / asset management)
  • Ability to navigate the organizational matrix and facilitate active customer engagement
  • Ability to produce functional area information in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams
  • Extensive knowledge of the full solution catalog within a business unit
  • Agile Scrum / Product Owner / PMI Certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of internal organization
  • Ability to work with and/or lead blended teams, including 3rd party partners and customer personnel
  • Demonstrated Change Management /Acceleration capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem resolution, organization, communication, influencing, collaboration, and decision-making skills
