About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn specialized industry-specific software and technical configurations to support MIM customers
- Provide customer service and technical assistance to hospital IT, PACS Administrators, clinicians, and clinical staff
- Use remote technologies to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Guide customers in software configuration for optimal data sharing
- Perform software updates, upgrades, and system migrations
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support journey
- Share technical insights with MIM’s product, quality, and management teams
- Collaborate with team members and departments to develop solutions outside the area of expertise
- Facilitate technical training sessions for team members and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to departmental operational improvement initiatives
- Respond to incoming inquiries and resolve customer technical issues or configuration requests
- Deliver personalized consultations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of technical experience within a hospital setting preferred
- Computer networking, connectivity, and software troubleshooting experience
- DICOM and PACS experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service through active listening and anticipating customer needs with an empathetic mindset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide unique solutions to complex customer issues and system setups
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Will not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
