About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic oversight and program management across the full portfolio of AI initiatives within Gas Power Services
- Provide cross-portfolio visibility across Services AI initiatives
- Manage the AI initiative pipeline, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Own program-level status reporting and executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Own and operate the centralized intake process for new AI use cases and requests
- Evaluate, prioritize, and route incoming ideas
- Identify duplicate submissions and opportunities to merge or consolidate efforts
- Define and track adoption metrics, AI token spend versus business value, and cost-benefit analysis
- Build and maintain portfolio health and ROI dashboards
- Present value realization insights to leadership and drive corrective actions
- Establish and enforce standards for responsible AI usage, data handling, model management, and solution lifecycle governance
- Partner with DT and enterprise governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with GEV AI policies
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks
- Lead discovery and ideation processes to identify high-value AI transformation opportunities
- Facilitate design thinking sessions and structured assessments with business stakeholders
- Build and maintain a prioritized transformation roadmap
- Create training content, enablement materials, and upskilling programs to build AI literacy and practical capability
- Coordinate content calendars and delivery cadences
- Drive cross-portfolio visibility, eliminate duplication, document standard work, and enable organizational transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in program/portfolio management, digital transformation, or operational leadership in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience defining and tracking portfolio-level KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI measurement
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, standards, or compliance programs
- English proficiency required
- Past experience with Python or GenAI techniques and tools
- Experience in Services, Field Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations environments
- Experience with Field Service outage planning processes, including resource, tooling, sourcing, and training processes
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Past experience as Service Manager, Outage Manager, or CPM
- Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer requirements, and budgeting/financial processes
- Strong systems experience across Services domain
- Experience building and managing intake processes, portfolio dashboards, or PMO functions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
- Demonstrated commitment to process improvement
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or equivalent quality certification
- Formal Lean Training/certification, including Value Stream Mapping and Daily Management
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
