About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute ITO activities governing Finance risk triggers, cost rollup, and timely Financial Summaries
Support Commercial deal strategy and proposal portfolio financial rollup
Partner with Commercial, Sales, Pricing, and HDGT Commercial Finance leadership teams
Manage cost rollup and create Financial summaries
Perform sensitivity analysis and cash flow assessment
Define and support proposal bid strategy and manage financial risk/reward balance
Organize budget handover and allocation
Govern consolidation and reporting of financial data
Identify and create mitigation strategies for financial risk triggers and deliver leadership approval discussions
Participate in project handover reviews from Inquiry to Order (ITO) through Order to Remittance (OTR)
Review proposals to optimize cash flow, title transfer, and revenue recognition
Lead negotiations on financial triggers and engage Treasury on risk management, FX, and cash collection terms
Provide internal and external audit support for project accounting, balance sheet, and P&L activities
Advocate for LEAN culture and continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent international degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
Significant experience in Finance and/or Operations in progressively larger positions of responsibility
Some experience with Financial Systems & Data
Good understanding of US GAAP and statutory accounting principles
Ability to translate accounting requirements to ERP solutions
Demonstrated ability to deliver with focus, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly
Experience and interest in driving process improvement
Excellent time management, organizational and data-driven skills
Adaptable/flexible and open to change or ambiguity
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
