About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own project control activity globally
- Drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for project implementation
- Provide technical expertise and develop technical solutions during the pre-ITO process while interfacing with the commercial team
- Analyze client needs and define and optimize products, scope, schedule, industrial scheme, and cost
- Calculate plant, system, and equipment performance and efficiency
- Document technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution phases
- Customize products and implement them for specific customer needs during OTR
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy and strategy
- Analyze business drivers and integrate work with other teams
- Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance
- Solve straightforward tasks using technical skills and analytic thinking
- Consult multiple internal sources to arrive at decisions
- Provide informal guidance to new team members
- Potentially hire and develop talent as an early people leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment in a customer-facing role
- 3 years of experience in technical writing, such as technical proposals or technical manuals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
