About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers
Own customer relationships and act as the single point of contact
Contribute to overall business strategy
Manage customer portfolio P&L and growth
Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers
Develop and own site customer communication plans
Coordinate regular GE/customer reviews
Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations, including concessions
Develop outage scope and communicate scope to FieldCore
Manage outage and non-outage parts planning, quotes, and parts orders
Manage the Outage 360 process and process Change Orders
Lead resolution of emergent and forced outages
Organize pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings
Manage customer invoicing and credit memo processing
Manage on-site repairs and part/component repairs in GRS
Own contract leadership and fulfillment, including project deliverables and contract requirements
Sell flow-type services including Parts, FieldCore, and Lease Engine
Manage Digital and Total Plant Solutions agreements and coordinate with functional groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in power generation industry, OR Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience in a power generation industry
Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract management
Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time
Reside or be able to travel to customer site within 5 hours
Experience planning and executing outages
Strong quality background with Black Belt certification
Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills
Experience working with customer leadership teams
Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
