About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, maintain, and deliver the Digital Technology operations strategy for manufacturing sites across GEV Gas Power in North America
Partner with cross-functional manufacturing site teams
Provide leadership to DT application and Site DT Operations teams
Interface with other GEV Gas Power DT teams
Coordinate with CTO and CISO organizations for manufacturing-site compliance
Lead stable operations at manufacturing facilities and ensure business operations continuity
Manage, develop, and mentor direct reports in support of Supply Chain SQDC KPIs
Drive standard work and standardization across manufacturing and potentially other supply chain sites
Act as a safety champion for DT employees co-located with manufacturing sites
Lead North America Site DT teams and coach employees
Drive team career development
Perform financial reviews and track budgets
Coordinate internal and vendor resources across multiple locations
Coordinate allocation of technical resources
Resolve roadblocks and interdependencies with execution teams
Establish governance, KPIs, milestones, and reporting cadence
Track operations performance, project status, metrics, milestones, and delivery commitments
Promote partnership between Site DT Operations teams and plant leaders
Manage stakeholder communication and operations performance reporting
Lead the team collaboratively through change

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience working with the Supply Chain team and solutions
Strong track record of business integration, application implementations, and shop floor systems support
Experience leading process improvements leveraging Lean manufacturing and Lean concepts
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
Excellent written and verbal influencing, interpersonal, and communications skills
Strong customer focus and customer relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
