About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct day-to-day operations of the Integration Management Office (IMO) for assigned deals
- Prepare steering committees and conduct workstream reviews
- Lead cross-functional workstream teams across Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, Operations, and Legal
- Own the integration master plan, including Day 1 and Day 100 checklists
- Monitor synergy realization against business case targets and escalate risks or resourcing gaps
- Support data requests, due diligence analysis, and synergy model validation with Business Development
- Pressure-test assumptions regarding growth, margins, and scalability
- Shape pre-signing integration strategies and establish integration KPIs and cost-governance frameworks
- Develop and refine the Electrification integration playbook, templates, checklists, and training materials
- Create a central repository of integration tools
- Incorporate lessons learned to improve corporate frameworks
- Prepare executive-ready scorecards and status updates for the ELEC CFO and CEO
- Manage internal workstream leads and external consultants
- Collaborate with HR and Communications on integration change management and messaging
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 5–10+ years in M&A integration, management consulting, program management, or high-level operations
- Demonstrated experience running an Integration Management Office (IMO)
- Experience managing synergy tracking or post-merger execution in an industrial or B2B environment
- Mastery of structured planning, RAID management, and milestone tracking
- Ability to build and interpret complex synergy models and integration cost trackers
- Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, concise executive-level materials
- Advanced skills in reporting tools such as PowerBI
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional outcomes without direct reporting authority
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive self-starter able to thrive in ambiguous environments and take ownership of deliverables
- Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
