About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete four six-month rotation assignments over two years
- Gain experience in Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop functional knowledge through finance training curriculum and on-the-job learning
- Collaborate with and present to senior leaders serving as coaches and mentors

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
- Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Previous co-op or intern experience in corporate finance
- Business/accounting or analytical coursework
- Understanding of business concepts/strategy
- Interest in the Energy industry
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
- Humble, respectful, agile, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Quick learner with strong work ethic and ability to strategically prioritize work
- Analytical-minded problem solver and critical thinker
