Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University with 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management; or High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success in financial management within a complex, multi-layered business environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, challenge status quo thinking, and drive consensus across organizational levels
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial concepts into simple, actionable insights for senior executives
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying root causes and developing innovative, data-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact programs from strategy through execution, balancing competing priorities and resources
  • Proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping the business pivot to stay ahead of market dynamics
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
