About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Commercial Finance governance activities across the Transactional and P&ES businesses
- Maintain Commercial Finance tools, standard work, policies, and trainings
- Support Delegation of Authority, credit risk governance, commercial reporting, and related governance processes
- Partner with Regional ITR Finance to drive compliance, process consistency, and continuous improvements
- Support FP&A operating rhythms including monthly close, pacing, forecasts, Budget, Long Range Forecast, and Long Term Strategy
- Prepare financial analysis and reporting for business performance reviews and decision making
- Partner with FP&A and business teams to deliver timely financial insights and operational support
- Support process improvement initiatives across Commercial Finance and FP&A
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools with Power BI, Tableau, AMP, and other digital solutions
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and other projects as business priorities evolve
- Partner with Commercial Finance, FP&A, Commercial Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Digital teams across Global Services Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Accounting, or a related function
- Fluent in English
- Experience supporting Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Operations, or business finance activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights
- Experience supporting process improvements and driving operational efficiency
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, AMP, or similar reporting and analytics tools
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
