About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all financial aspects of project accounting for HD Services MMP/TX projects, including project setup, actuals booking, revenue recognition, manual journal entries and reconciliations, monthly/quarterly closing, and reporting for assigned contracts.
Review and reconcile periodic balance sheet accounts related to projects and prepare and present balance sheet reviews as required.
Perform Margin Review (CMR) reconciliation.
Download and prepare SONIC data as part of the pacing process.
Monitor intercompany transactions related to projects and partner with the central IBS team to resolve rejects and holds.
Identify and execute Lean/AI projects with global impact on the MMP portfolio and partner with ERP Finance on ERP deployments and continuous improvement ideas.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and contract terms.
Perform closing and pacing activities for the HDGT MMP/TX business line to ensure timely and accurate financials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid experience in Finance and FP&A operations.
Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting principles.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in working with financial systems and data analysis tools.
Total minimum of 8 years of experiences.
Minimum 6 year's experience support with GE Vernona.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
