About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage cross-functional, technology-led, or product-focused programs
- Manage budgets and interface with contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal functions
- Manage program resource and budget allocation/integration
- Manage schedules, budgets, and tollgate processes for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs
- Influence programs to meet customer CTQs
- Serve as a best-practice and quality resource
- Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems
- Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus
- Influence others on topics within the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management, Renewable Energy Engineering or related fields
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
